The scene shows a car accident and traffic jam in front of Radio City, New York. The scene of cars and police along with the chaotic nature of the work is a result of Stephen`s imagination. Although he might have witnessed similar accidents, this particular scene shows how he imagines a typical car accident in New York. Looking at the period of the cars suggests that this imaginary traffic chaos ideally would have taken place in the early - mid 90`s period. Upon producing this drawing Stephen had not visited the city for 14 years.
