Pending
You might have paid by cheque, BACS or initiated a bank transfer from your
PayPal account. The status of your order will remain Pending until we receive
the funds. It may take up to 5-7 days depending on the day of the week when you
despatch your cheque or initiate the transfer.

Processed
Upon completion of your payment and receipt of your funds the status of your
order will turn to Processed. If you complete your payment on a business day
before 2pm GMT your order will be shipped the same day. (Except large size
one-off prints) Otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day.

Shipped / Sent
As soon as we ship your items the status of your order turns to Shipped or Sent.
The status SENT is only applicable for digital images and publishing licences
which can be downloaded from our website. Upon completion we will provide you
with a link for your files.

Unpaid
The status Unpaid only appears if for any reason your payment did not go through
or we provided you with an invoice for a publishing licence. Click on PAY
NOW to complete your payment by using any of the available payment
methods.
