Drawing Berlin

Berlin on a cloudy day
Berlin with Stephen's eyes

Stephen spent a weekend in Berlin, Germany in early December 2004. He was shown the modern west and the historic east part of Berlin, as well as the christmas market in the evening where he bought a hat for himself. As a part of the filming he was taken up to a spot where he could observe and memorize the view of the city. Later that day he produced an identical drawing of Berlin.

It took about 60 minutes to reproduce the view on paper. This was Stephen's first trip to the city. Title of the drawing: Berlin.
