Returns policy
We take great care about every single item we post and we are confident that you will be pleased with your order. Should you change your mind and wish to return your parcel to us, please use the following return labels:

Our 21-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
In the event of The Stephen Wiltshire Gallery sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to The Stephen Wiltshire Gallery within 21 days. The Stephen Wiltshire Gallery reserves the right to issue an additional invoice for the replacement item for you if you do not return the original item to us within 21 days of the date on which The Stephen Wiltshire Gallery confirms we will issue a replacement.
If you have paid by Bank Transfer and wish to receive a refund we will either send you a cheque or initiate a bank transfer to your account. In the latter case you will need to send us your account details. Please note we can only send your refund to the account we have received your payment from.
If you are returning a parcel in the UK, your local post office will accept the return parcel free of charge. If you are returning a parcel from anywhere else in the world, we will reimburse your shipping cost by refunding your delivery charge from the original order.
This returns policy is not applicable to resale of privately owned originals.
Please note, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations certain items are excluded from the cover of our Returns Policy. These are made to order, or custom made items, such as framed prints, bespoke frames and mounts created for original artworks or as part of commission agreements, unless they are faulty or damaged. However, you still have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, should you inform us before we notify you about the completion (ready for collection or our courier's tracking information) of your item(s) either over email, phone or in person.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Availability
The Stephen Wiltshire Gallery displays real time inventory information on this website. Reproduced and not limited edition items can run out of stock temporarily. We endeavour to keep these items always available for you through this website or at the Gallery.
However, original artworks exist in a single quantity of 1.
The website automatically checks item availability before we forward you to the payment pages. However, as a matter of human or technical error it may happen that you pay for an item which has already been sold or sold out. If the item is a reproduction and not limited edition we will attempt to deliver your order within 5-7 days. We will certainly inform you if this happens. If the item is original or limited edition we will issue a full refund the same day or the next working day. This policy does not apply for publishing licences and open edition prints.
