PO Box addresses

We suggest to avoid using PO Box addresses for shipping as some delivery offices refuse to receive parcels on behalf of their clients should they need to sign for them. Please make sure that your PO Box accepts deliveries where a signature is required upon delivery.

Packaging

Loose prints are sent in protective cardboard postal boxes rolled up. This is the safest way to ship prints without mounts. Mounted and framed prints are shipped flat packed between several strong and protective corrugated boards and custom made convolated foams. Original works are always shipped flatpacked with additional layers of safety to avoid potential creasing or water damage.

Delivery times

Upon checkout we will give you an accurate estimate of the delivery date for your parcel. Canvas prints and framed works may take longer to assemble and dispatch, subject to availability.

Customs

It is within the discretion of all customs offices to impose additional charges before releasing your parcel for local delivery outside the United Kingdom. In that case, the delivery company will attempt to contact you in person, over the phone or by leaving a card at your delivery address to notify you about such charges. Although, these cases are rare, we would advise you to enter your mobile number when shopping with us to avoid delays or the inconvenience of missing your delivery.

As the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, we are required to share the list of items and their values with the courier and the relevant customs offices. Even though a free-trade agreement is in place, customs offices may levy certain handling or administartive charges due to the increased workload as well as adding your local VAT rate to the sum. We provide all the required licence, origin, item description(s), corporate and shipping information to them to speed up the process, however, checks and charges vary from country to country.

Insurance

We take full responsibility for any damage occuring during delivery. All parcels are automatically insured up to £25,000 worldwide with Lloyds Underwriters under the terms of Art Dealers Insurance AD94.

Collect your items at our Gallery

Your order can also be made available for collection at our London Studio for Original Artworks. Simply choose 'Collection at our London Pad' from the listed delivery methods on the checkout page.

Order status

From placing your order to the delivery of your parcel your transaction will be assigned with a status according to the following:

Pending
You might have chosen to pay via bank transfer or initiated an eCheque from your PayPal account. The status of your order will remain Pending until we receive your funds. It is often instant, however, in certain circumstances it may take up to 3 days to complete, depending on the day of the week when you initiate your eCheque PayPal payment or send us the bank transfer.

Processed
Upon completion of your payment and receipt of your funds the status of your order will turn to Processed. If you complete your payment on a business day before 12pm GMT your order will be shipped the same day (except frames or canvas prints). Otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day.

Estimated delivery or collection date
Once your order is processed, we give you an estimated date when your parcel will be dispatched, delivered or ready for collection. We always endevour to ship or make your item(s) ready for collection before the estimated date.

Shipped / Sent
As soon as we ship your items the status of your order turns to Shipped or Sent. We will also provide you with a link to your live tracking information. The status SENT is only applicable for commissions, digital images or publishing licences. Upon completion we will provide you with a link to your files.

Unpaid
The status Unpaid only appears if your payment did not go through or we provided you with an invoice to pay. Click on PAY NOW to complete your payment by using any of the available payment methods.

Check your order status and print your invoices at My Orders.
