Stephen's film wins Midas Awards

Publicis New York earned the Gold and Grand Midas Awards in Products & Services/Moving Image category for the “Stephen Wiltshire Film” for client UBS. The award-winning entry features Stephen creating a detailed panoramic drawing of New York from memory. (Jan 2012)

Pencils of Promise

Stephen Wiltshire, Mariah Carey, Hugh Jackman, Coldplay and Jaden Smith have teamed up with Pencils of Promise to raise funds for sponsoring schools. They have created artworks made with pencils, to auction them off and give the chance to youngsters to discover their unique talents. (Dec 2011)

Limited Editions: 1949

Stephens first ever retro drawing takes us back to the late 1940s chaotic scene of Piccadilly Circus with his favourite Routemasters dashing across the thoroughfare. Some 57 years on, a boutique art gallery was celebrating its opening in the nearby Royal Opera Arcade. (Nov 2011)

This Billboard Could Draw Attention

Stephen's most recent drawing - created in New York in April - will be displayed at JFK airport on a giant 250ft billboard from next month. It is a part of a campaign for the Swiss bank UBS that carries the theme "We will not rest", the New York Times reports. (May 2011)
